About
BlitzKit started as a group chat where a few of us kept sending each other screenshots of games we couldn't stop playing. At some point we figured we might as well write things down properly, so here we are. No press junkets, no fancy studio, just phones on a desk and a lot of late-night sessions.
Everything on the site comes from real playtime. We don't summarize marketing copy or rewrite store descriptions. If a game runs hot after twenty minutes or the touch controls feel mushy, we say so, because that's the stuff you actually want to know before you install anything.
We pick games across a wide spread of genres on purpose. RPGs, racers, strategy, quiet little puzzle things, whatever catches our attention that week. The only rule is that it has to be something we'd genuinely keep on our own home screen.
The team is small and we like it that way. It means every review has a person behind it who put in the hours and formed an actual opinion, right or wrong.
Lukas Brandt — Lukas has been reviewing mobile games for the better part of a decade and still tests everything on a mid-range phone so the numbers stay realistic. He's the one who insists on measuring battery drain properly.
